  • How much does a new website cost?
There are many aspects that factor into the cost from concept through implementation. These costs can vary widely depending on what your project needs are and how long we estimate that it will take to complete the project. Please contact us to get a cost estimate for your website work.
  • Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do. We ask our clients for a 50% deposit on all projects, to be paid before work begins on the website.
  • Do you accept payment by credit card?
No, I don't. Only GCash and Bank Deposits are accepted (BDO, GoTyme, Metrobank).
  • How long will it take for you to finish my web design project?
Like anything creative, designing a great website takes time. It can take from a few weeks to a few months (or more) to completely design and launch the new website, depending on the project. In general though, how soon your website work can be done depends on a number of things, such as: The size of your website The complexity of your design Any advanced features you need When your content is ready My current client design schedule Your timely feedback and input on my work
  • Do you provide mockups?
Yes, I do. I provide full-color mockups to my clients for every project I work on once a contract has been signed. These mockups are the first step in my design process. Once I show them to you and come to an agreement about the website’s design, they’ll be the basis for your new website.
  • How many revisions can I make to the design?
I try to make the most informed decisions when it comes to creating a website design, which is why I really get to know you, your market, and your audience before we prepare mockups. Once the mockups are agreed upon, we’ll start actually building your website for you to see. At that point, I ask that there be no more than one (1) major revision to the design. Naturally you’ll have smaller changes and additions, but at that point, I consider the overall structure and design of the website to be set. If you request too many changes to your design, or if you request changes to the design after the entire site has been formatted with the template, you will incur more charges.
  • Where are you located?
My working office is located in Cityland Condominium , #98 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. Makati City. AYSC office.
  • Do I need to hire a local Makati-area web designer?
Unlike other businesses, whether or not your web designer is in the area makes little difference. All the information I need to design your website can easily be communicated through messenger, email, over the phone, etc. Even with our local Makati-area clients, we only meet face-to-face on an occasional basis; most of the correspondence takes place by phone and email. The most important point is that we maintain a close working relationship with all of our clients, whether you are in the local Makati area or not. This way, our clients can be assured that their website will still be of standard quality. We’ve worked with clients who are local in Makati, and Metro Manila, and have never had any problems completing a project. No matter where they’re located, we try to maintain a close working relationship.
  • Do you provide website hosting?
No, we don’t. If you don’t already have a host, we’ve worked with a number of hosting providers and can give you some recommendations if don’t have a hosting provider already.
  • Do you register domain names?
No, we don’t. We’ll be more than happy to give you some advice on what your URL should be and give you some recommendations for where you can register a new domain.
  • Can I see how many visitors I have to my website?
Yes, you can. I can set up a free Google Analytics account for you, which will automatically record information about your website’s visitors.
  • Can I update my own website, or will you do it?"
I encourage my clients to maintain their own websites after a year launched (as per Website Retainer Agreement - below). All of my websites are built using WIX (which is unhosted, no bandwith and no custom domain name}, and GoDaddy (with hosting & has custom domain name) so that you can update it yourself. I’ll make sure you know how to use GoDaddy flatporm before I turn over the website to you. Generally, I expect there to be minor updates within 6 months after launch. A Website Retainer Proposal will be discuss, although we won’t nickel and dime you on updates – if you need something simple like an address or phone number changed, no extra charges. A Website Retainer Agreement of 2000php/month (for one year) Monthly Web Design Consulting Services inclusions of: 1. Site Assessment 2. Site Updates 3. Trend Report and Recommendations 4. Other customized services such as Add-ons, redesign, SEO.
  • What is animation and how is it different from a video?
Video is usually recorded using a camera, animation is designed and built using software, we happen to use an array of Adobe products for this animation process. Animation also allows you a lot more flexibility than video. If you want to create an animation about talking bears it’s far easier to create talking bears using animation than to track down talking bears to film using traditional video. In other words, animation allows you more creativity.
  • Do we need to meet face-to-face or can we work remotely with you on a process?
Since we are a virtual organization, we are very comfortable working remotely with customers on projects. Between FTP uploads, emails, Skype and phone/web conferences, etc…you may feel like we’re working right next to you anyway.
  • How long should my video be?
This depends on a number of variable but most of our videos tend to be less than 2 minutes. The biggest reason is the longer your video gets, the less engaged your audience is. When it comes to online video, brevity is key and our blog post about online video engagement with statistics shows why. If you REALLY have a lot to say it is usually a better plan to produce multiple videos and let the viewers choose the shorter bits of content they are most interested in.
  • How much does it cost to create an animated marketing video or tutorial?
Similar to building a website – all animation projects are custom and so without knowing the variables for your particular project (i.e. length of animation, character animated versus graphic animation, etc.) it’s very difficult to set a specific amount. Generally speaking, most animated videos that are around one minute in length fall somewhere in the range of Ph5,000 – Ph7,000 depending on the variables I mentioned. However, we can do some fairly basic slideshow style “videos” for substantially less and some full character animation videos for substantially more.
  • My project requires multiple animated videos, do you offer a discount?"
Many of the assets created in the first animation can be applied to other videos in the series saving time and reducing the overall cost of the project. Contact us for more information about the cost of your project.
  • What are your payment terms?
I require a 50 percent deposit for your project to get started and the remaining 50 percent is due upon project completion.
  • What’s the turnaround time for an animated video or tutorial?
When we quote you we will give you a date range for completion, final project turnaround is decided on the date we receive your initial deposit. The deposit secures your spot in the production schedule. Depending upon production load and timely feedback from our customers, we typically finish production of most single but simple video projects in 2 – 3 weeks.
